Extrator de momentos automático
Let AI find the best bit. This tool scans your video with on-device face and emotion detection, locates the most emotionally intense moment — most expressive, happiest, saddest or most surprised — and clips it for you, without uploading a thing.
Emotion-driven, on-device
Face detection plus an 8-class emotion model run on sampled frames in your browser to build an emotional timeline — no footage ever leaves your device.
Finds the whole moment
Not just the peak frame: it detects where the emotion rises and falls and trims the full arc, with adaptive padding so the cut breathes naturally.
Frame-exact, high quality
The clip is cut at the exact emotional in/out points. When the source keyframes line up it's a lossless stream copy; otherwise it re-encodes that segment with your hardware encoder so the boundaries stay frame-exact — quality stays high either way.
How to auto-extract a video's best moment
- Open the tool and add your video. Open Pixlane Auto Highlight Extractor and drop your MP4 or MOV (or choose a file). It loads instantly and is processed on your device — nothing is uploaded.
- Adjust. Pick the emotion to hunt for — most expressive, happiest, saddest or most surprised — then let the AI scan the clip and cut the peak moment.
- Export and download. Click Find & extract and download the result — free, no watermark, no signup.
Perguntas frequentes
How does it pick the moment?
It samples the clip, scores each frame's emotion for your chosen mode (most expressive, happiest, saddest or most surprised), smooths the signal for stability, finds the peak, then walks out to where the emotion rises and falls — adding a little padding on each side.
What if there are no faces?
Emotion is read from faces, so the clip needs at least one visible face. If none is found you get a message instead of a random cut.
Is the detected moment exact?
It's tuned to capture the full emotional beat with natural padding, not a single frame. You can fine-tune the in/out points on the timeline and re-export if you want.
Does it reduce quality?
It's built to keep quality high. When the source keyframes align with the detected moment the stream is copied with no re-encode (identical to the source); otherwise the highlight is re-encoded with your hardware encoder so the cut stays frame-exact at the emotional boundaries.
How long can the video be?
Any length — the scan samples adaptively (up to ~200 frames) so analysis time stays reasonable even for long clips; longer videos just use coarser sampling.
